I professionally manage rentals for my clients as a licensed Realtor with RE/MAX Properties.  I typically handle anywhere from 50-100 rentals at a time.  I have office staff that helps handle daily functions of this business.  I have spent the last 11 years organizing, improving and growing the model that I use today.  I've created a successful business model using the tools within the RE/MAX Properties firm and my experience in Real Estate and expertise in Colorado Springs.

 I use the latest and best software called Appfolio property management software.  If you are considering renting your home in the Colorado Springs area I provide online owner statements, free ACH (Automate Clearing House) electronic owner payments, easy to follow electronic work orders so you know what maintenance is being done on your home, online rent payments, world class marketing (including professional photos)  all powered by the number one real estate brand in the world, RE/MAX.  My rentals receive as much marketing as most homes that are listed for sell, if not more. Nobody has better online rental marketing that I do. I use the highest quality resident screening; including credit, criminal and eviction history checks.  Frequent home visits with date stamped photos for your review are stored online and accessible by you anywhere you have internet access.

I use third party accounting consultants that reconcile my bank accounts daily, limiting the liability to my owners. We have the best real estate attorneys in the state. We stay educated and informed on the latest trends in the rental housing industry.  We adhere to local, state and federal laws and regulations regarding accounting, licensing, habitability and fair housing.  The rental market and the political environment that affect housing are changing rapidly in Colorado.  We stay on top of these trends through education, networking and just by working in the trenches of the housing world every day.  Property management if the focus of my career, not a supplement to my real estate aspirations.  As your property manager I handle everything from tenant procurement to eviction if necessary.  I handle the maintenance, accounting and marketing.  Please contact me for more information.
